Charlie has over a decade of experience leading earl-stage, private equity and listed businesses in the renewable energy and resources sectors. Charlie began his business career investment banking at Morgan Stanley in New York and was later Group Vice President of Incitec Pivot (parent of Dyno Nobel) and CFO of lithium miner Kidman Resources prior to its acquisition by Wesfarmers and SQM. He is currently a Senior Advisor to VC-backed India-based lithium battery recycler Lohum.

A Fellow of Engineers Australia, Shaun has 20+ years in natural resources and renewables, developing technologies for Boeing, BHP, CSIRO, NASA, and Rio Tinto. He specialises in desalination, product recovery, and lithium processing, pioneering advanced membrane and electrochemical systems.
