Erika Enberg is the Head of People at Main Sequence where she leads the development and implementation of people strategies to support Main Sequence’s portfolio companies and internal team. She serves as the main liaison for portfolio company leaders and their People teams, providing strategic guidance, advisory, and expertise to support their growth and success.
Erika has extensive global experience in venture-backed technology start-ups and scaleups as an executive and has previously served as the Chief People Officer at Tibber and Director of People & Culture at Blacklane. In these roles, she redesigned organisational operation structure, optimised processes, led the HR/People due diligence process for fundraising and M&A activities, and overall improved the speed and quality of hiring.
Erika earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences and her Masters in Management from IESEG School of Management in Paris. She also holds certifications from the Australian HR Institute and Coach Masters Academy.
