Andrew has 20 years of experience in the mining industry, from mining engineer to general management. He then went on to obtain a master's degree in finance, from the University of New South Wales, a PhD from the University of Queensland, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, the peak mining industry body in Australasia.Andrew has a passion for finding ways to make mining safer and more productive, while also working to de-carbonize the industry. This has led to the creation of innovative technologies to enable sustainable delivery of resources.
